New Vehicle transfer (MSO):
- Manufacturer's Certificate of origin
- Application for Oklahoma Title
- Invoice / Bill of Sale from Dealer
- Odometer Statement
- Oklahoma Insurance with compliance letter.
Existing Oklahoma title from Dealer
- Title
- Bill of sales
- Oklahoma Insurance with compliance letter.
Existing Oklahoma title from individual
- Title
- Oklahoma Insurance with compliance letter.
Out of State
- Previous State Title or Registration
- Oklahoma Insurance with compliance letter.
- Vehicle for VIN inspections
- If you are unable to bring vehicle, you can still register, the title will be put on hold until inspection is complete.
